The Artizan Group started with a simple but distinctive concept – creating exceptional places to live. In just over a decade, we have applied that focus to over 80 projects – from complete residences and major additions to smaller kitchen, bath, and basement remodels – and have emerged as one of the preeminent residential builders in Western Washington.

The Artizan Group has completed projects throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, with the focus of our work in exclusive neighborhoods throughout the greater Seattle area.

We have a strong reputation among architects and designers. Several of our projects in partnership with Kathleen Bolken were featured in the book, Spectacular Homes of the Pacific Northwest.
